His passion for all aspects of property is clear for everyone to see, and in his spare time enjoys playing and watching football, golf, mountain biking/walking in the fantastic local countryside, as well as spending time his wife and two boys!

Marcus Edge

Marcus brings a passion for business and property to Claves. Having gained experience in postgraduate Chemistry and a number of previous business ventures including property sourcing, and other roles in sales and marketing, he brings a thorough and keen eye for detail along with a highly customer centric approach to his work, plus bucket loads of enthusiasm! Marcus is Bolton born and bred hence knows the area well. When he's not working you'll either find him in a CrossFit or Olympic lifting gym, or running on the moors!

With a background in sales, Lynne found her niche in the Estate Agency Industry and has spent many years covering all roles leading to managing sales negotiations and progressing properties through to completion. Buying and selling property can be stressful, but Lynne promotes a caring, solution based approach and is always on hand to help and advise, making the process as stress free as possible for all clients.

Simon has a wealth of experience in the property sector, having been a self-employed property consultant for over 12 years! He knows the ups (and downs) that come with working from home, but always puts the client first.
